Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Mana Bar ("we", "us") about your use of the Nobody Discord bot (the "Bot") and the Nobody dashboard at https://dashboard.anotherverse.space (the "Dashboard"), together the "Service". By adding the Bot to a server, using its commands, or logging in to the Dashboard, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must meet the minimum age to use Discord in your country (at least 13) and be able to agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a community or organization, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these Terms for it.

Discord's terms

The Service runs on Discord. Your use of it is also subject to Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and you must follow them while using the Service. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord.

The Service

The Service provides a reputation system based on reactions, reward roles, ranked-message posts, automatic reactions, and a Dashboard for configuring the Bot and viewing statistics. We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We will try to announce significant changes in advance, but we are not required to keep any feature available.

Accounts and Dashboard access

You log in to the Dashboard with your Discord account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping it secure. You can manage a server on the Dashboard only if you own it, have the Administrator permission in it, or hold a dashboard access role that its administrators chose.

Server administrators

If you add the Bot to a server or manage its configuration, you are responsible for:

• Configuring the Bot appropriately for your community, including who receives dashboard access roles.
• Letting your members know the server uses the Bot, for example by linking to our Privacy Policy.
• Using statistics and exported data only to run your community, and handling exported files in line with applicable law and Discord's policies.
• Making sure the channels where the Bot posts ranked messages are appropriate for the content it reposts.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to break any law or violate anyone's rights.
• Manipulate reputation in ways the Service is not designed for, for example with automated accounts, scripts, or coordinated fake voting, where this disrupts the Service or other servers.
• Use the Service to harass, threaten, or discriminate against others.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by sending excessive requests, probing for vulnerabilities without our permission, or bypassing rate limits or access controls.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the Service, except as allowed by law.
• Access another server's data, or another user's account, without authorization.
• Resell the Service or use it to build a competing product.

If you find a security issue, please report it privately to support@anotherverse.space.

Your content

Your messages remain yours. When a server has ranked messages turned on, you allow us to display the text and first image of your messages, with a link to the original, in a channel of the same server, for as long as the Service needs to do so. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it for any other purpose.

Reputation scores

Reputation scores, leaderboards, and reward roles reflect reactions from other members. They are not our opinion of you, and we are not responsible for how members vote or how server administrators use the results.

Free and paid features

The Service is currently free. We may introduce paid plans in the future. Paid plans will be offered under additional terms presented at the time of purchase, and payments will be processed by our payment provider. We may change which features are free or paid; where a change removes a free feature you rely on, we will try to announce it in advance.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy at https://dashboard.anotherverse.space/privacy explains what information we collect and how we use it. It is part of these Terms.

Our intellectual property

We, or our licensors, own the Service, including its software, design, and name. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service as described here. They do not give you any other rights to it.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by removing the Bot from your server, logging out, or removing the Dashboard from Discord's Authorized Apps. We may suspend or end your access, or the Bot's service to a server, at any time if you or that server break these Terms, if required by law, or if needed to protect the Service or its users. When possible we will tell you why. The sections on your content, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law continue after termination.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT PROMISE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT DATA SUCH AS REPUTATION TOTALS OR STATISTICS WILL NEVER BE LOST OR INACCURATE.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR 50 US DOLLARS. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITS, SO THEY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, unless the law of the country where you live gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere. Before filing a claim, please contact us at support@anotherverse.space so we can try to resolve it informally.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, for significant changes, announce them in the Anotherverse Discord server before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

General

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any terms for paid plans, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger, sale, or transfer of the Service.
